• Fixing/Improving Sleep Schedule

     1. Fix a sleep schedule and stick to it no matter what.


    2. Cut off screen time at least 1 hour before going to bed.

    3. Have dinner at least 3 hours before your bed time.

    4. Avoid eating those meals in dinner that can cause indigestion or bloating.

    5. Don't take tea after dinner.

    6. Take Turmeric Milk(Haldi Doodh) right before going to bed.

    7. Sleep when you actually feel sleepy. Struggling for sleep itself can make you insomniac.
